I had an exceptional stay at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua, where the staff genuinely elevated the experience with their warmth and attention to detail. The location by the beach was perfect for seaside activities, and the rooms were spacious and clean, although I did notice some sounds carrying from outside. Dining was fantastic, especially with the special touches during breakfast. While the gym and amenities were well-kept, the Wi-Fi could have been better. Overall, it was great value for money.
